Hull Reference Object Surfaces

Purpose:

This dialog is to be used to Add/Delete/Modify additional surfaces in the Hull Reference object

Prerequisites:

The dialog can be activated from the Hull Reference Object Interface form.

How to do:

This form gives you the ability to modify the list with additional surfaces in the Hull Reference object. By selecting a surface from the list you will bring its data in the "Name" and "Suffix" fields, the "Surface type" radio button will also be updated.

By pressing the "Add" key the dialog will try to add the information from the fields to the list. The adding will not be performed in case a surface with the same data already exists in the list, in such case warning message will be displayed.

The "Delete" button will delete a description of a surface from the list.

Options:

None.

Result:

When you press the "OK" button, the changes in the surface list are temporary saved as part of the Hull Reference object change. But the changes in the list will not be written to the DB until the Hull Reference object is not saved there. The "Cancel" button will disregard all changes made to the surface list in the current dialog session.
