Doubling

A possibility to place extra laminate on a plate for for example, foundations, has been added. This is done by defining a normal doubling plate. Se picture below.

The new keyword M3 defines the width of the taper. The doubling (with tapering) can be displayed in symbolic views. The doubling is displayed in input model and 3D view as normal doublings. The WCOG and Material list (sf106d) also handle this including the tapering. Please note that the order in which the plays are defined has impact on weight and area.
