Setup of UDAs and Catalog

UDAs definitions are provided with a macro file, named "lexicon_pdms_psi_r2_uda.mac". Administrators can load in the UDA definitions to a LEXI database from the Lexicon module.

A catalog macro file containing a parameterised NOZZle component is provided, file named "paragon_pdms_psi_r2_catalog.mac", which is used as geometry display of the imported displacement model. Administrators can load in the catalog definition to a desired CATA database from the Catalogue module.
