Reservation and Allocation of raw plates and profiles in AVEVA ERM, and transfer between AVEVA Marine and AVEVA ERM

The integration between AVEVA Marine and AVEVA ERM now handles a workflow for allocating raw plates and profiles for nesting in AVEVA Marine. The workflow looks as follows:

1. Raw plates and profiles are allocated to Hull units in AVEVA ERM. These are synchronized with the Plate and profile catalogue in AVEVA Marine, and assigned to respective Hull units in AVEVA ERM.

2. Once allocation in AVEVA ERM has been done, the allocation is published to AVEVA Marine. This will then create raw plates and profiles in corresponding Manufacturing Packages, which will be used for nesting.

   

3. After nesting is performed on the allocated plates and profiles, the actual usage of material is published back from AVEVA Marine to AVEVA ERM. This will then update the quantity of plates and profiles for the hull units in AVEVA ERM.
   At this time, any rest plates or profiles resulting from the nestings are also transferred to AVEVA ERM.

4. Remaining material for hull units, including rest plates or profiles, in AVEVA ERM can now be assigned to other hull units, if needed, or returned to stock. These can then be transferred back to AVEVA Marine.
