Note: Applies to oblique views only.
As the mouse moves the viewing orientation of the scene changes dynamically. Rotation occurs about a centre that is located (in three dimensions) at the centre of the parts of the curves that are currently visible in the oblique window.
Forward and back rotates the model scene about an axis parallel to the screen horizontal. Left and right rotates the model scene about an axis parallel to the vertical axis of the model.
