In order to open Hydro, double click the mouse on the Hydro icon in the AVEVA Marine group. This will bring up the basic Windows menus of FILE, EDIT, VIEW and HELP, together with the Hydro icons. The Window menu TREE and some of the icons will be greyed out at this stage and therefore unavailable. However the NEW and OPEN icons are available. On opening an existing design or creating a new one, the remaining Windows menu item, TREE, various sub-menus and all other icons are then enabled.
