Expanded Selvol Graph *12​.1​.SP3*

It is now possible to collect elements that fully encloses a physical volume using the keyword enclosing in the same way as the keyword within. This will for example allow collections of spaces that a specific equipment is located in. It is also possible to use the within syntax with both the keywords exactly and exclusive at the same time.
