The Volume Record

This record is used to describe how a 3D contour forms a volume. Three message records make up the information and must follow immediately after a contour describing a volume. Each record will contain three terms (coordinates) written in E- format, separated by space characters.
The following Volume vectors figure illustrates the data used:

The records will contain the following information:
Record 1 contains the point P, a point in the plane of the contour. SRT = 40.
Record 2 contains the vector U, perpendicular to the plane of the contour with a length that equals the thickness of the general cylinder (I). SRT = 41.
Record 3 contains the vector W which has the length 1, is perpendicular to U and lies in the plane of the contour. SRT = 42.
