Delete Surface Object from Design Database

Description

Object of type CSURF can now be deleted from database. In the administration dialog, "Register Surfaces", a new button, "Delete", have been added. Selected surface will be deleted.

Note:
It is not possible to delete a surface which have objects associated with it, e g the surface have been used when creating curved hull objects.
