Save Check Results to a File

To save the results of a data check to a file, select one of the following:

• Control then Save then Results

  Displays a File Browser which allows you to save both the Passed and Failed results to a specified filename and location.

• Control then Save then Failed Reference

  Displays a File Browser which allows you to save the database references of elements that have failed, together with the checks performed to a specified filename and location. This facility makes it easy to recheck the failed elements later.

To reload a list of failed element references, select Control then Load then Failed References to display a File Browser which allows you to navigate to the required filename.
