Criteria File

The pre-established input Criteria file is in ASCII format and contains criteria sets for a wide range of formal intact and damage stability regulations. A master copy of the Criteria file is stored in the Calc program directory. When a new CALC file is created, a copy of the master Criteria file is automatically placed, together with the CALC file, in the working directory. Whenever criteria data is subsequently edited via the Edit Criteria dialog, it is this working copy of the file which is updated and not the master copy. It is highly recommended that all modifications to this working file be done through Calc and not by using a general text editing facility.
