ReCreate RSO

This function is used when the panels forming an RSO has changed in shape. By picking the RSO the same dialog will appear as in the Create RSO function, listing the referred panels. The geometry of the RSO will then be adapted to the panel boundaries.

It is necessary that the panels be noted in the RSO as they would be for example, if the RSO was once created from the panels and the panel location was then updated to refer the RSO. Otherwise the RSO cannot be recreated.
