Marking on Plates

Marking traces are added automatically to both planar and curved plate parts in the respective parts splitting function.

The marking on planar plates is added when releasing parts for production using the ppanparts function. Generation of marking for hull marks is controlled by the keyword HULLMARKINGS in the IP file for ppanparts.

The marking on shell plates is added when releasing parts for production using the cpanparts function. Generation of marking for hull marks is controlled by the keyword MARK_HULLM in the IP file for cpanparts.

The quality of the markings on shell plates is affected by the number of strips in the plate development, as well as the setting of the environment variable SBH_HOLEMARK_PART.
