END POINTS, SLOPE AND PERIPHERY POINT

Purpose:

To allow the user to define a conic segment using the two end points, slopes and a point on the periphery.

Instructions:

1. Define start point of segment.

2. Define end point of segment.

3. Define end point of start slope vector.

4. Define end point of end slope vector.

5. Define point on segment periphery.
