The Setting for the Parts List

The Assembly Planning Deliverables form initially displays the Parts List options in a closed state, so expand it and the form will look like Figure 2:12 below.

Key to the elements in Parts List creation options:

Choose whether a separate drawing is to be generated when processing Assemblies |

Choose the Type of Parts List to be produced |

Choose the types of output required by checking the ones you wish to create and unchecking those you do not. |

The operating system folder location of any Parts List files |

Browse for a folder location for the Parts List files |
The Drawing settings can be modified as follows:

To produce a Parts List at processing time, check the Create Parts List toggle.

If you do not require a Parts List for the selected Assemblies, then uncheck the Create Parts List toggle

To base the generated Parts List(s) on a different Type of Template, choose one from the Type drop-down options:

Choose the output formats of Parts List you require by checking or unchecking the toggles in the 'Output Formats' group:

When producing Parts Lists, you can choose the operating system folder in which they will be created. To search for a folder click on the
button to browse for a folder. The standard File Browser form will be displayed.
