Endcut Dimensioning

New trigger trig_hull_endcut_dim is fired in creation of profile sketches. It enables customization of endcut and flange dimensioning regarding to the type of endcut drawn. New module KcsSketchDimensioning.py is added to Vitesse library. In trig_hull_endcut_dim example three types of dimensioning are presented: linear dimension, angle dimension and radius dimension.
