Transaction Database Management

The transaction database records details of Global daemon commands at a location. Each location has its own transaction database.
The transaction database is unusual in that the base product treats it both as a system database and as an ordinary user database. By default, it is a non-propagating database, thus secondary databases at other locations are likely to be very out of date with the primary version at the owning location.
Note: To avoid data consistency errors, changes to the transaction database should not be made while the daemon is running.
