Hull and Outfitting

Reconfigure

  • Last UpdatedNov 30, 2023

To keep the hull model consistency and be sure that all hull elements are being copied as expected the following principles must be followed:

  • Always copy entire databases. Do NOT select individual top elements.

  • Always use the SAMEREF option.

  • Copy all databases at the same time.

  • Always run Reconfigure into an empty database.

These rules are necessary to keep the model consistency (with design hierarchies, references of various types, associations between Design and Hull, hull topology, references from drawing to design elements, references from assemblies to design elements ).
