Cutout Free of Profile Section

The second alternative above (enlarged cutout) is activated by assigning

SBH_CUTOUT_BEV = CUT_FREE

and

SBH_CUTOUT_BEV= CUT_DRAW_FREE

The difference is that in the first case only the cutouts in extracted plate parts are affected, in the second case also the shape of cutouts in views.
