Windows in Initial Design Surface

Surface has 2 different Window types; a standard window (used for reporting), and an OpenGL graphics window.

For an open project, at least one window will be open; but any number of each view type can be opened. By default on opening a project an OpenGL graphics window is opened. Closing the last window, closes a project.
