Default current coefficients for three classes of vessel are given in Environmental Effects for deep water. You can supply alternative coefficients for either deep or shallow water. Current coefficients which are supplied for a semi-submersible need to be defined differently with respect to the underwater profile areas as given in equations (3) of Current Coefficients Data File
If desired, the following default shallow water correction, which has been developed internally, can be applied to monohulls:
