The Diagonal tab is used to interpolate individual diagonals from the specified set of curves.

To define a diagonal in the current view via the cursor

  1. Select Cursor check box.

  2. Enter the name under which the diagonal will be stored, and then select the Apply button.

To define a diagonal in a specified view

  1. Unselect Cursor.

  2. Set the values of the u, v coordinates to define the diagonal plane, select the view the u, v coordinates then click the Apply button.

    Before interpolating any curves, the user needs to select the sets of orthogonal curves and or diagonals to interpolate from. This is done by selecting the appropriate check boxes in the Interpolation panel.
