Seakeeping Calculations Characteristics

As the seakeeping calculations are based on a 2D approach, the principal data requirement for the seakeeping calculations is a set of cross sections along the length of the vessel. These cross sections are automatically generated from the MAINHULL compartment(s).

If you require to calculate dynamic loads, then a weight distribution is also required at the same sections as defined within the britfair file.
