Improved Control of Inverse Bending Curve - *12​.1 SP5*

Description

The meaning of keyword BEND_DIST in the profile restriction file has been changed to define the distance between the bending line and the flange.

At the same time keyword BEND_DIST_LOW with meaning distance between the bending line and the trace has been added. The default value of BEND_DIST_LOW is the value of BEND_DIST.

In this way the two distances do not need to be set to the same value.
