Get the Template Origin Right

When you first create a template by copying a design item, it is important that you immediately position the individual elements correctly to give the most appropriate origin position for the template. You need to consider not only the template origin, but also the origin and axes of its intended owner when instanced in a design. If you need to change the origin after parameterizing the components, you will invalidate the rules which you have set.
