Modify Room

In addition to selecting Create Room on the Create Room window, the Modify Room window can be accessed by selecting Modify > Room Definition from the Main Room Tasks window.

The Modify Room window allows the user to make changes to the attributes, the room type and location, in the Room, Room Type and Location sections of the window, which have the same fields as the Create Room window (refer to Create Room). Also the Design Criteria, Environmental Settings and Defaults are modified using the appropriate expand/collapse panels (refer to ).
