Macros written for the main Lines application (see Executing Macros) can be executed from PACE. This allows the automation of a wide range of operations, such as the creation and manipulation of curves.

Assigns an existing macro as the current macro

  1. Select FILE \ ASSIGN CURRENT MACRO... or click .

  2. Select the macro from the Windows Open dialog and clicking Open.

  3. You can execute the current macro by selecting FILE \ EXECUTE CURRENT MACRO, clicking or clicking <Shift+X>.

Important: Macros executed from PACE must not contain commands that provoke a user response from the Lines user interface (for example, "WINDOW", "IDENTIFY", "ZOOM" ).
