The Regenerate tab is used to regenerate manual patches.
Regenerate patches

Select the patches from the list or use the All Toggle button.

Select the Regenerate button.
The Only if needed Toggle button specifies that only those patches where the boundary curves have changed since the patch was defined, will be updated.

To force regeneration deselect this Toggle button.
