General Polar Positioning from the Origin

Description:

This command differs from the basic polar option by allowing the distance from the owner’s origin to be specified more generally. The PLANE element of the command enables this distance to be given in a direction different from the polar direction.

Examples:

POLAR N30E PLANE N DIST 1000

Positions the Current Element along the N30E  line from the owner origin at YN1000 (see ).
