Rail (RAIL)

RAIL is used to model the detail representation of the individual RAIL elements and follows the path of the HANDRA, the RAIL references the existing catalogue steel profiles via its SPREF attribute and the position of the RAIL is defined with respect to the owning HANDRA in terms of its position along the path and the offset from the path of the HANDRA.

The RAIL shares the same underlying attributes and behavior as the KICKPL element.
