The Display tab is used to display surface patches and orthogonal curves interpolated from them. The pulldown list is used to select whether Patches or a set of orthogonal curves (either Sections, Waterlines or Buttocks) are displayed. From the list of patches select the individual patches required or use the All check box to select them all. Next choose a method of visualisation (see below), and click the Display button.

When displaying patches, the Show name check box can be used to include the patch names on the graphics display.

There are five alternative methods of visualizing the patches: Fitted, Unfitted, Limits, Principal curvature and Gaussian curvature.
