Store

This function is used to store active panels after user confirmation. If All is answered the confirmation of the remaining active panels is avoided.

If the panels had an "M" on its highlighting rectangle previously, it is changed to an "S" after storing the panel. Panel already marked with "S" are not stored.

If the SBHM default file contains the keyword SCH_CREATE, a new input scheme file is created when a panel is stored.
