Status Definition

To facilitate the transfer of data between the design application and AVEVA ERM, two status definitions called PublishingStatus and Pipe/HAVCPublishingStatus have been defined. The status definitions are added to the Status Controller of the design application when you set up the Lexicon module in the design application. For information about how to set up the Lexicon module, see Set Up Lexicon Module.
The status values defined in PublishingStatus are as follows:

To view detailed information about a status definition, its associated status values and their possible transitions, do the following:

Launch AVEVA Administration with Lexicon module.

In the Dictionary Explorer pane, under Dictionary World, select the status definition you want to view. The information about the status definition is displayed in the Current Element Editor pane.
Note: In the Graphical View pane, the green, red and black arrows indicate the Promote, Demote or manual update actions respectively.
The PublishingStatus and Pipe/HVACPublishingStatus status definitions are used while configuring a filter for transferring data. For more information about how to configure a filter, see Filter Configuration.
