Defining valid Functional Structures

Reference Surfaces (RSOs) are representing functional structures in the ship and can be selected to be available for distance calculations when using the ship coordinate attributes. The RSOs are selected by setting an attribute RSDIM with one of the following values:

• DIMX (X direction, transversal bulkheads)

• DIMY (Y direction, longitudinal bulkheads)

• DIMZ (Z direction, decks)

The attribute is set by make the HRSO element current element (CE) and typing on the command line, for example:
