Refresh Extracts

To refresh extracted elements with current data from the parent database only (which itself may be an extract), select the elements from the list and click Refresh in the Extracts group of the Manage tab.

To refresh extracted elements with current data from all their "ancestors", that means, from parent extracts, and from their parent extracts or databases up to the top of the database hierarchy, select the elements from the list, and from the menu accessed from the arrow under the Refresh button in the Extracts group of the Manage tab, select From All Ancestors.

The refresh then takes place. Changes are indicated using the highlight color.
