Creating a SITE and a ZONE

Using the Design Explorer window navigate to the WORL level.

Now select Create > Site from the main drop-down menus.

The Create Site form appears:

Key in the Name /A_DECK_AFT.

Select a Purpose from the drop down menu.

Click OK.

The SITE is created.

Using the Design Explorer window navigate to the newly created SITE level.

Select Create > Zone from the main drop-down menus.

The Create Zone form appears.

Key in the Name /AWO-EQUIPMENT, select a Purpose from the drop down menu.

Click OK.

The ZONE is created

Note: Remember to create any element, you need to be positioned at the correct level in the hierarchy, so before you can create a zone, you must have a site.
