Non-uniformly Scaled Design Symbols

Setting the x and y scaling factors in the %XYSC attribute independently on the Design Symbol Link (DRSYLK) element will enable the non-uniform scaling of Design Symbols (DESSYMs). This will enable the DESSYM to be scaled to the correct size for the design element that it is intended to replace in the Draft View regardless of the aspect ratio of that design element.
