Initialization Functions - Frame/Long​. Positions, Create

This function creates the table ("gentab") that defines the main grid of the hull model (frame numbers and positions and midship longitudinal positions). For details, see User Guide Hull Model Concept / Co-ordinate Systems and Relative Positions / Set-up of Co-ordinate Tables.

Note:
The gentab table may also be created in an interactive function of Structural Design. Thus, running this function from an input file will overwrite the information created in Structural Design. Any changes via Structural Design will not be copied to the input file.
