The data model for assemblies as depicted below is built by a set ASMBLY type of elements. The assemblies (ASMBLY) are referring design elements through proxy elements (ASITEM) Which are not visible to the user. The top most element of an assembly structure is the Assembly World (ASWL) type of element.
