Endcuts for Asymmetrical T-bars (Profile Type 35)

  • Last UpdatedNov 28, 2025
  • 11 minute read

In most cases the end cuts for L-bars may be used also for asymmetrical T-bars that are close to L-bars (that means, where the flange only slightly extends outside the web on the mould side of the profile). However, in certain cases neither the endcuts for L-bars nor T-bars are appropriate. This paragraph contains some endcut types that are specific for asymmetric T-bars.

Type 40:

Remarks:

  1. This endcut type is intended for asymmetric T-bars (profile type 35) with a comparatively small "overshoot" of the flange (less than half the flange width) on the mould line side of the web

  2. a 4 is by default 90 degrees. Any given value will override this default value.
