Problems with Drawing References

If changes are made to the Assembly model after having created Assembly drawings,
it is possible that certain internal system references become out of date. If you
find yourself in this position, the Assembly Drawings form will display the
warning symbol in the Assembly column, as shown in Figure 2:17 below.

To resolve this situation, you will need to access each of the DRWG elements that display an error and update the internal references. If this does not succeed, then you will need to regenerate the drawing using the Update option as described in the section How to Update or Regenerate Existing Drawings earlier in this document.
To update the references

Select the drawing with the error in the report grid and make a mouse right-click. A pop-up will appear and select the option Go to Drawing.

In the command window, type in the command 'UPDATE REFS'.

Repeat these steps for each drawing that displays the error, then rerun the search.
