Arbitrary Holes

Arbitrary holes are supposed to be described in a local co-ordinate system (uv). The hole contour must be closed and may have an arbitrary circulation direction. The hole may be located arbitrarily (like a standard hole) by specifying the position of the origin of its co-ordinate system in the uv-system of the panel and by specifying the turning angle of the u-axis relative to that of the panel.
If the hole is already described in the co-ordinate system of the panel in its proper position its location need not be further specified.
