Define a Menu to Display a Form

This follows a similar procedure to defining a menu to execute a command (see Define a Menu to Execute a Command), except the Commands checkbox must be cleared. This then activates and enables the Formname checkbox.

Select the Formname checkbox.

Enter the name (not the title) of a form in the Formname field.
