Surface Users Guide

The manual is intended as a reference guide to the graphical user interface and the command syntax for AVEVA Initial Design Surface and as an overview of the basic philosophy. It is not intended to be a training manual.

Rather than adopt the familiar approach of a menu based explanation of instructions, the manual describes tasks, reflecting the way in which the program will most often be used.

It is intended that the manual, along with the appropriate training course, will allow the user to become sufficiently familiar with Surface to allow the user to explore the software and determine an individual style of working with Surface.
