Hatch Generation

Hatch dimensions are required within Hydrostatics. They are not, as such, required within Surface/Compartment, but have been included so that a complete set of information can be passed to Hydrostatics for the Container Loading calculations.

A hatch is simply defined as a thin box, of the same length and width as a bay.
