Polar Positioning from the Origin

Description:

This command is used to position the Current Element using polar coordinates. This is particularly useful for positioning Nozzles. The coordinates are relative to the owner’s origin.

Examples:

POLAR XE45N DIST 300

The Current Element will be placed 300 from its owner’s origin along X45N (see ).

POLAR PIN1 DIST 3000

The Current Element will be placed 3000 from its owner’s origin along the direction of PIN1 (see ).

POS IDP@ POLAR S1OW DIST3

The p-point hit and the current element will be moved as a rigid entity so that the p-point is the specified polar distance from the owner’s origin.
