The Setting for Drawings

The Assembly Planning Deliverables form initially displays the Drawing options in a closed state, as shown here:

To open the facility click on the expand
button. The form will now appear as shown in Figure 2:11 below.

Key to the elements in the Drawing creation options:

Choose whether a drawing is to be generated when processing Assemblies. |

Choose the Type of Template used to create the drawing. The displayed sample (F) will change accordingly. |

Choose the paper size of drawing you require. |

D. |
Browse for PDF files. |

E. |
Whether to create PDF formatted files of each drawing when processing Assemblies. |

F. |
The operating system folder location of any PDF files. |

G. |
A sample of the selected Template used to create the drawing. |

Browse for a folder location for the PDF files. |
The Drawing settings can be modified as follows:

To produce a drawing at processing time, check the Create Drawing toggle.

If you do not require a drawing for the selected Assemblies, then uncheck the Create Drawing toggle

To base the generated drawing(s) on a different Type of Template, choose one from the Type drop-down options:

To change the paper size of the generated drawing(s), select one from the 'Size' drop-down options:

Choose whether you require a PDF formatted file for each generated drawing by either checking or unchecking the Output pdf option.

When producing PDF formatted files, you can choose the operating system folder in which they will be created. To search for a folder click on the
button to browse for a folder. The standard File Browser form will be displayed.
