Summary Table Dialog - Table Contents Tab.
You may choose which items are to be displayed in the summary table.
To select items to be displayed, they should be highlighted in the Hide list box and the Add >> button clicked.
To remove items they should be selected in the Display list and the << Remove button clicked.
Note that multiple selections can be made. To select a group of items, the first item should be selected with the mouse and the last item selected by holding down the <shift> key whilst clicking with the mouse. Note that all items in between the two selections are highlighted.
To select individual items, the first item is selected as normal, but further selections can be made by holding down the <ctrl> key whilst clicking with the mouse.
Once the desired items have been transferred to the Display list, the ordering of the items may be modified by selecting an individual item or a group and clicking on the Up/Dn buttons. you will see the items move up or down within the Display list. The order of the items within this list represents the order of the items reported.
The summary table items and their order are stored for further use. However, if you require a number of summary tables, or requires tables with different loading conditions and/or table contents, then a number of schemes can be set up and saved with the project. you should create the desired table contents as described above, and then click the Save As button. The name of the scheme is then requested. Once entered, the scheme is available for future selection.
An existing scheme may be selected from the list of available schemes. This may then be used to create the Summary report, or may be modified (and saved as a different scheme if so required). Existing schemes may be deleted by selecting the desired scheme and clicking the Delete button.
Finally, the maximum number of conditions per page may be set. If this is less than the total number of loading conditions reported, then the table is split, thus avoiding problems where too many columns are displayed.
