Description of Stair Flight Elements

The following figure shows some of the attributes of the STRFLT and its offspring and the engineering significance of those attributes to the geometrical representation of the STRFLT.

Upon creation of the Stair Flight the system will analyze the horizontal (Overall Going) and vertical (Overall Rise) distances between the Lower and Upper Work Points (LWP/UWP) and validate these positions against the engineering criteria of the Stair Flight to the criteria of the current specification. If the system analysis validates the values against the engineering criteria the system will create the Stair Flight and populate the attributes with the appropriate data.
