Draft/AutoDRAFT Interface

With the Drawing Editor, an Draft drawing Sheet is transferred from Draft to AutoDRAFT via a DXF-format file.

With the Symbol Editor and Frame Editor, the Draft command macros are created as ASCII files. If AutoCAD and the AVEVA software are on the same hardware platform the macro files will be transferred back to Draft automatically. See for an illustration of the Draft/AutoDRAFT interface.
